Being a first-time home buyer is stressful; one of the big three stressful events in a life, I've heard. Kirsten kept that stress to a minimum with her calm confidence and assurance. The houses she sent me to look at online were great fits for my needs. She really listens and remembers the details of what one is looking for. Kirsten put a lot of effort into selling our home and made it happen in a short amount of time. She had alternatives for issues that may arise, and she was proactive with several local contacts to get quotes, estimates, etc to use as bargaining tools if it was needed. I felt very comfortable with the process and our listing price as she laid everything out on paper and showed the calculations. She was easy to txt any time of day and had someone fill in for her when she went on vacation with her family. There were no hiccups with Kirsten.
